Reservation, Cancellation, and Refund Policies

Reservations:
Reservations maybe made online by filling out the proper reservation request form. Phone reservations are only accepted certain times depending on the season.
Holiday Weekends:Require a minimum of a 3 night stay.
Race Weekends:Require a minimum of a 2 night stay.


Deposits:
All Reservations:Require payment in full.
There are two types of payments available: Check/Money Order or Credit Card
All reservations must be paid in full within 2 weeks of the reservations made date.
Cancellations:
Refunds issued if cancelled:
       14 days prior to arrival date!
Race Week:
30 days prior minus one night site fee

All refunds will be minus $ 5.00 Per each reservation, for cercial fees. There are no refunds for early departure.

General Information
Check in and Check out times:
        Campsites: Check in is from 3 PM-10 PM (Security Gate.) Check out is 3 PM.
                Winter Hours: till 9 pm on Friday and Saturday till 3 pm Sunday
Tents must be set up before 10pm or wait until 8 am the next day to check in

Early arrival or Late Departure: Campsites: arrivals between noon and 3 pm pay an early arrival fee of $5.00 if site is available. Fee for arrival before noon is $ full site fee. A late departure is $5.00 if site is available, leaving no later than 6 pm. Office must know by noon if you are staying. No early or late checks in or outs for rentals.

Pet: Pets are welcome, but must be on a leash at all times. Please clean up after your pets. . Be considerate of your neighbor. Do not leave your dog alone at site. No pet allowed in builds.

Special Weekends: On special weekends (Wine Festival, Race Weekends, Blues Fest, etc...) all campers must wear wristbands at all times. Because of unforeseen circumstances, which could occur, we try to accommodate campers who want a particular sites, but under no circumstances will we be able to guarantee that particular site will be available.

Visitor Policy: What is a visitor? A person that does not register for the entire length of the stay. This includes those who are dropping something or someone off or just wanting to say "Hi". Overnight visitors are considered 2 days. All day visitors must be out by 10 PM. Please inform your visitors that they must register, pay required fee and park in the visitors' lot before entering the park. (Fees will be refunded if they are ½ hour or less) we have the right to limit the number of visitors. All visitors are charged per day.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
Welcome to WT Family Campground. In order to prevent any misunderstanding we wish to bring to your attentions several rules and regulations.
  • Person signing the reservation is responsible for others at you site. List all names who are with you in case a telephone call or message comes in, we know whose site to post it.
  • No cutting of trees! Fine and refusal of site. Firewood is available at the store.
  • Quiet hours are 11 PM to 8 AM. During this time there should be no loud talking, radios, TVs, or any other noise that may disturb other campers. Thanks
  • All pets on leash and walked with a scoop. They are not allowed to be left alone at site. They are also not allowed in the pool area or by the pool outside.
  • The gate locks at 10 PM and opens at 8 AM. If you are registered, you can park in the parking lot and walk to you site after hours.
  • Any phone messages? Please check the bulletin board by the phone booth in front of the office.
  • Please keep alcoholic beverages at the sit. No party balls or kegs allowed. Also you must be 21 or older to drink in PA.
  • One unit per site-extra cars must park in parking lots. Two lots are available. Do no park in another site or on the road.
  • No profane language! We are a family campground.
  • On Way Traffic- please follow the pattern. Speed limit is 5 m.p.h.
  • Trash should be placed in plastic bags and dropped into the trash bin located by propane tank.
  • Visitor Policy: Please inform your visitor that they must register, pay the required fee and park in the visitor's parking lot before entering the park.   • Please keep fires small, no bottles or cans in fires.
  • One Way Traffic - please follow the pattern. Speed limit is 5 m.p.h.
  • NO dumping of Grey water or dishwater on the ground, please. Use the dump station located by the bathhouse.
  • Tents must be set up by 10 PM or please wait until 8 AM the next day.
  • No washing of vehicles - on Route 115 south about 5 miles is a car wash.
  • Children must be at their site by 10 PM after that accompanied by a parent or guardian.
  • Bikes - No bike riding through car gate at entrance. Use walkway.
        No bikes parked in walkways. No riding in camp after dark. Ride a t SAFE SPEED.
  • Pool Regulations for your safety & that of others:
            -an adult must supervise -All children.
            -No glass containers pull top cans, food or smoking in pool area.
            -Campground personnel have the authority to evict anyone from
              the pool area who refuses to follow rules.
            -No running or horseplay on pool decks.
            -No diving into the pool from the deck.
            -Bathing suits only. No street clothing allowed.
* This is a privately owned property. The owners reserve the right to say what is disorderly conduct and to deal with it accordingly. We reserve the right to select our clientele and guests. Failure to comply with our rules is grounds for removal from the campground, with no refunds Thanks for your cooperation. We want happy campers!

RACE WEEK Policies
** Changes will be accepted for the amount of people up to 15 days prior to your scheduled check-in day for the regular race weekend rates. If making additions after 15 days prior to your scheduled check-in day or making changes the day of check-in an additional adult will be $15.00 a night and an additional child will be $12.00 a night. There is no refunds for changes in amount of people if it is less than 15 days prior to arrival.
**All changes for arrival and departure dates must be made 30 days prior to your scheduled check in day for a refund. All refunds are minus $5.00 clerical fee. There will be no refunds or rain checks given after 30 days prior to your scheduled check in day.
**Changes to unit type and unit length must be made as soon as possible. The closer it gets tot he race weekend the harder it will be to get a site if we need to change your site to accommodate your different unit, therefore we cannot guarantee you a site if you need to change the type or length of unit. In addition to this you must camp in the unit type you indicated if no changes are made prior therefore if you cannot bring your trailer and you need to bring a tent we must know as you cannot put a tent on a camping trailer site.
**Cancellations must be made 30 days prior to your scheduled check-in day for a refund minus a one night site fee.
**Check-in time begins at 3pm. If you are interested in early arrival and your site is available there are additional fees. Checking in before noon is $55.00. Checking in between 12:01pm to 2:59pm is $10.00. Please note that if you arrive early and you are parked in the drive way you must either pay the early arrival or pull out and come back at check-in time. You cannnot park your unit or vehicle in the driveway and wait for 3pm.
**names of all your registered people must be written on your sheet at time of check-in.
**You must check-in before 10pm. No check-ins will be allowed to wait in drive or be allowed into the campground afer 10pm. If you will not make it in to check-in by 10pm you must come to the campground the next morning to check in. You cannot park in the driveway overnight or for a few hours. This includes all of your accounted people marked on your check-in sheet, they must be in by 10pm. All guest, visitors, registered guests must check in by 10pm or wait to arrive the next morning. This means that if a registered adult can not make it by 10pm and you have already registered that adult or child must wait to arrive until the next morning. Check-out is at 3pm. If you are leaving on the Sunday of the race we will permit you to leave your unit unplugged and ready to hitch up directly when the race is over and you return to the campground.
**If you will be having visitors or over ngiht guests please familiarize yourself and your visitors with the visitor policy and rates. No visitor is permitted to drive into the camp. All visitors must pay and register before entering the camp. We have the right to limit the number of visitors to your site.
**Our quiet hour begins at 11pm and ends at 8am, with 24 hours courtesy. Please be advised that our quiet hour policy is strictly enforced.
**$5.00 a day will be charged for any 2nd or additional vehicles (motorhomes and 1 car ok) per a day, not guaranteed to be parked on your site.
